The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The practitioner will assess Level 2, 3, 4 & 5 Leadership & Management in line with Awarding organisation requirements linked to skills and occupational competence. They will work with a caseload of learners determined by the relevant college caseload formula. The Practitioner will conduct Training Needs Analysis for learners, enrolment on appropriate courses and provide coaching, mentoring and learning opportunities as well as delivery of underpinning knowledge sessions to learners either on a 1-1 or workshop basis (recommended maximum group size 8). To monitor learners' progress towards qualifications, give them constructive feedback and guide them to prepare an e‑portfolio of evidence. To assess learner portfolios and present completed portfolios for internal quality assurance.

Roles are normally advertised with a salary range. If you are offered a role at the college, relevant experience will be taken into consideration to determine your starting salary.
- A professionally relevant qualification at minimum of Level 4 or equivalent
- Possess an assessors qualification (TAQA)
- Level 2 English and Maths qualifications (or equivalent) at Grade 4 (C) or above
- Proven industry experience within a professionally relevant area
- Experience of liaising and partnering with external managers in industry
- Able to demonstrate a commitment to the maintenance and development of quality standards within education
