Coleg Cambria is seeking an Instructor Demonstrator/Assessor in Hospitality and Catering for its Yale site. This hybrid role involves 70% instruction and demonstration and 30% assessment, ideal for those passionate about teaching and evaluating in the field.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality practical sessions, guide students through hands-on activities, and provide continuous support and feedback. Essential Requirements

  • A professionally relevant qualification at minimum of Level 3or equivalent

  • Possess or be willing to work towards an assessors qualification (TAQA)

  • Level 2 English and Maths qualifications (or equivalent) at Grade 4 (C) or above.

  • Proven industry experience within a professionally relevant area

Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
