Job Summary
We currently have a vacancy for a Continuous Improvement Officer in Yale. The role supports Coleg Cambria\’s commitment to delivering high-quality tertiary education and is essential in embedding a culture of continuous improvement across all provisions, ensuring an excellent learner experience aligned with the Medr Quality Framework and regulatory standards.
Essential Requirements
- Educated to HNC/D level in an administrative/business related subject or equivalent relevant experience.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience in an administrative or business support role, preferably within education or a quality-focused environment.
- Understanding of quality assurance and continuous improvement in education.
- Knowledge of Estyn, QAA, and other regulatory bodies.
- Understanding of the Medr Quality Framework.
Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
