Job Summary

Contract Type: Hourly Paid - Fixed term - 31/08/2026
Salary: £30.02 - £46.40 per hour, based on a full time annual salary of £33,596 - £51,932. Upper pay range points UP2 and UP3 are subject to evidence of previous progression to Upper Pay Spine.
We currently have a vacancy for an hourly paid lecturer to join our impressive Business school premises at Northop. The post holder will be required to deliver a variety of our Leadership and Management courses including our bite size offer.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of a Level 5 teaching qualification (e.g Cert Ed/PGCE) or be working towards a Level 5 teaching qualification.
- Have Leadership and Management industry experience at a strategic level.
- Educated to a minimum Level 6 qualification.
- Awareness of the importance of quality standards within teaching.
- Demonstrate an understanding of current developments within your own specialist area and ways of keeping up to date with such development.
- Knowledge of the broad range of learning needs and how to support these needs within a learning environment.
- Be able to analyse and use key information to inform teaching and learning.
- Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
