Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Leadership: Drive curriculum development, delivery and monitoring to meet diverse learner needs.
- Team Management: Inspire and manage staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Learner Support: Ensure outstanding support for learners, handling pastoral care and disciplinary matters with empathy and professionalism.
- Quality Assurance: Lead quality initiatives, including internal verification and self‑assessment, to maintain high standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background: Degree in a relevant specialist area.
- Leadership Experience: Proven record of successful leadership in an educational environment, especially with learners who are hard to reach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of engaging a wide range of audiences.
- Strategic Relationships: Confidence and interpersonal skill to build and maintain key strategic relationships.
Knowledge & Expertise
