The Digital and Social Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving digital and social media engagement, managing campaigns, and improving CBS’ digital presence across all platforms.
KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Objectives
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including SEO, SEM, GEO and email marketing in support of global strategy.
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
- Work with and manage third party agencies to maintain CBS’ digital presence.
- Identify, analyse, and measure campaigns to assess performance and optimise user experience.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
- Digital Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for website, emails and other digital media.
- Track and analyse customer behaviours and trends to inform digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and analytics on overall campaign performance, including ROIs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to develop growth strategies and digital techniques.
- Develop and monitor digital campaigns and budgets.
- Stay up‑to‑date on the latest trends and implement them into marketing initiatives.
- Social Objectives
- Plan, execute, and manage all social media marketing.
- Increase engagement from existing audiences with high‑quality content and initiatives.
- Grow following across current social channels.
- Align CBS brand with new and relevant trends.
- Improve and maintain ROI through consistent content and on‑target messaging.
- Social Responsibilities
- Use social media tools to craft and deliver impactful content across social channels.
- Develop social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Serve as an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing and potential customers.
- Analyse the social strategy to suggest frequent improvements.
- Stay updated with new and relevant trends to keep CBS’ social media presence relevant.
- Establish KPIs to understand performance of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for optimisation.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to implement creative ideas from conception through to deployment.
- Technical understanding and communication of technical issues.
- Ability to meet deadlines and plan ahead.

- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Shopify content management system.

- Educated to degree standard or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
