Responsibilities:- Measure PDF drawings using Bluebeam software
- Produce tender documents and bills of quantities
- Attend site visits and tender meetings as required
- Liaise with clients to obtain updates on submitted bids
- Identify risk areas during the tender process
- Ability to measure drawings and some estimating experience
- Experience producing bills of quantities
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related discipline (e.g., Mathematics)
- Residing within commuting distance of Slough
- Salary of £28,000 to £33,000 per year, with potential increases based on experience
