Due to sustained commercial growth, they are now seeking a high‑calibre Area Sales Manager to take full ownership of their Northern territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Formulating and executing a territory business plan to manage existing accounts and convert new business opportunities.
- Contractor Network Management: Supporting an established network of regional Surfacing Contractors while systematically onboarding new contractors.
- Specification & Pitching: Promoting a market‑leading surfacing range directly to Local Authorities, Sports Clubs, Community Projects, and Play Equipment Manufacturers.
- Project Tracking: Identifying and pursuing upcoming commercial tenders and local projects to secure early‑stage quoting opportunities.
- Technical Consultation: Acting as the go‑to regional expert, providing technical product advice to Sports Contractors, Architects, Town Planners, and Design Consultants.
- CRM & Reporting: Leveraging the internal CRM system to maintain data accuracy, tracking competitor trends, and reporting pipeline forecasts.
Requirements
