We are recruiting for an experienced Landscaping Team Leader on behalf of a nationally based landscaping company who are expanding the team that would out of their three counties site that is based just off Junction 2 of the M50 (Ledbury). This is a permanent job paying up to £34,255.00 a year and comes with a company van, four weeks paid holiday plus all bank holidays, a pension, ongoing training and career progression.

As the Landscaping Team Leader you will be:

  • Responsible for and working alongside a small team of soft landscapers.
  • Installing the soft landscaping on new build housing developments.
  • Responsible for completing weekly van checks.
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to their high standards.
  • Responsible for checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years soft landscaping experience.
  • Team leading experience.
  • A good knowledge of plants and trees.
  • To enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ideally your CSCS card.
  • Experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites.
  • A driving licence.
  • A mobile phone onto which you are happy to download their clocking in App as well as using WhatsApp to communicate with the office which will include sending pictures.
