Soft Landscaping Team Leader
Location: Northampton
Permanent Full Time
Salary: up to £32,708.00 per year + overtime
21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a small team of soft landscapers on new build housing developments.
- Prepare the ground, turf, plant, bark and mulch.
- Ensure work is completed to company quality standards, recorded and reported to the office.
- Ensure all vehicles and machinery used are in good order and safe to operate.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are well maintained, clean and serviceable.
Qualifications
- Soft landscaping experience (ground prep, turfing, planting, mulching and barking).
- Experience of leading and working alongside a small team of landscapers.
- A UK Driving Licence and your own transport to be able to get to the yard in the morning.
Desired Additional Qualifications
- CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS card.
- Experience of installing landscaping on new build housing developments.
