PPC – Paid Advertising Specialist (PPC & Retargeting)
We are seeking a data-driven PPC – Paid Advertising Specialist who will take full ownership of paid ad campaigns for a Redditch-based e-commerce business where advertising is a key pillar of growth.On offer is a salary of up to £35,000 plus performance based bonus scheme, office or hybrid working as well as the opportunity to be part of some very exciting growth plans for a company that is one of the fastest growing brands within their sector.
About the Role
As the Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for driving performance across TikTok, Google, Amazon, and Facebook with a focus on retargeting ads and sending high-quality traffic to their Shopify store. Working closely with their content team, you’ll bring creative ideas to life and scale winning campaigns, while ensuring strong ROAS and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities will see you:
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns across TikTok, Google, Amazon, and Facebook (test phase).
- Run retargeting ads across TikTok, Facebook, and Google to improve conversions and maximise customer lifetime value.
- Drive cold traffic from TikTok Ads to the Shopify website, improving landing page performance where needed.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR) and continually refine campaigns.
- A/B test ad creatives, headlines, hooks, and landing pages to find and scale winners.
- Identify high-intent keywords and audience segments to improve targeting efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure ad creatives align with performance goals and brand messaging.
- Optimise Amazon PPC and listings to maximise visibility, conversion, and sales.
- Allocate and adjust ad budgets based on performance and growth goals.
- Stay ahead of trends and platform changes to ensure the business remains competitive.
- Produce weekly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and forecasts.

- To be a Paid Ads, Paid Advertising, PPC Specialist.
- Proven experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Amazon PPC, and ideally Meta Ads Manager.
- A strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and a performance marketing mindset.
- Experience with retargeting strategies and traffic-to-site conversions.
- To be creative, analytical, and growth-focused—comfortable testing, measuring, and scaling fast.
- To be collaborative, with an ability to work closely across teams (especially content/creative).
