We are recruiting for a Head of Website Growth on behalf of a fast-growing Redditch based DTC ecommerce brand who see this job opportunity as a core building block in their plan to scale the business to 10m revenue and who recognise that their website is now the biggest long-term opportunity within the business having relied on third-party platforms for their early growth.

As the Head of Website Growth, you will build and scale a predictable and efficient website growth engine and be taking performance ownership in this commercial growth role that comes with accountability, autonomy and influence.

As the Head of Website Growth, you will:

  • Be accountable for website revenue growth and performance against targets.
  • Own CAC vs LTC economics, payback periods and efficiency.
  • Lead channel prioritisation across paid, organic, CRO and retention.
  • Make budget allocation recommendations and scaling decisions.
  • Translate data into clear growth actions.
  • Build and execute the website growth roadmap.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead website growth strategy end-to-end.
  • Own and optimise paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads where relevant).
  • Manage a team of Ad Executives.
  • Drive CRO, retention and funnel optimisation.
  • Analyse performance, attribution and marginal returns.
  • Work closely with creative, content and product teams.
  • Make confident, data-backed trade-offs.
