Campaign Marketing Lead Oswestry, Shropshire | Office-based, five days a week A well-established manufacturer is looking for a Campaign Marketing Lead to join its growing marketing team in Oswestry. This is a hands-on campaign strategy and delivery role for someone who can take integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to evaluation, bring strong campaign thinking and market insight, and work closely with Sales, Product and external agencies. The Campaign Marketing Lead role * Develop and own the strategy for integrated marketing campaigns across advertising, PR, digital, print, social and events. * Plan, sequence and deliver campaign activity to support product launches and sales initiatives. * Set campaign messaging frameworks and positioning in line with commercial priorities. * Brief, manage and evaluate external creative and media agencies. * Work closely with Sales and Product teams so campaigns reflect commercial priorities. * Bring external market perspective and best practice into campaign planning. * Manage campaign budgets and report on ROI, KPIs and campaign performance. * Support and share expertise with the wider marketing team, without formal line management responsibility. The Campaign Marketing Lead candidate * Marketing, campaign marketing, integrated campaign planning or full marketing mix experience. * Experience taking campaigns from concept through to delivery and evaluation. * Strong copywriting, proofreading, written communication and verbal communication skills. * Confidence working with Sales, Product, internal stakeholders and external agencies. * Experience with advertising, PR, digital, print, social and events would be useful. * Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under deadline and time pressure. * Budget, ROI, KPI or campaign performance reporting awareness. * Strong IT confidence including Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, email marketing software, CRM and social scheduling tools would be useful. * A driving licence and the ability to commute reliably to Oswestry five days a week.
