We are looking for an IT support technician with experience supporting SAP Business One (SAP B1), or similar ERP system, to join our IT team and support the business's expanding use of SAP B1. You will join a small IT team and focus on day-to-day support of SAP B1 users, working with IT colleagues on SAP features and integrations, and contributing to broader IT support activities as required.

The role

This is a full-time hybrid role with regular on-site presence required. Responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing SAP Support
    • Act as the SAP B1 specialist within a small IT team and provide SAP B1 support.
    • Work with SAP B1 support partner to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
    • Support development and continuous improvement within SAP B1.
    • Contribute to the ongoing documentation of SAP B1 processes and functions.
    • Help to test system updates.
  • Broader IT Support
    • Contribute to day-to-day IT support activities as part of the wider IT team.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure systems and infrastructure remain stable and effective.

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience of SAP B1 or similar ERP in a Windows environment.
  • Experience providing end user support in a predominantly Windows environment.
  • Experience of writing and supporting Microsoft SQL.

  • Experience of SAP B1.
  • Experience working in an international manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with common SAP B1 modules and add-ins.
