Position based near Heathrow

Working for a global logistics business, we are looking for a Pricing Accounts Administrator to join the Revenue Team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. The role is working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and is offered on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will typically work 1-2 days per week from the office near Heathrow, with the remainder of the week working remotely.

This is a highly administrative, detail-focused role where you will be responsible for reviewing, reconciling and validating high volumes of pricing and billing data, ensuring accuracy across carrier invoices, rates and charges. You will play an important role in identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of the revenue function.

As the Pricing Accounts Administrator, this position would suit someone with previous experience in administration, accounts, billing, finance or reconciliations who enjoys working with numbers, spotting inconsistencies and following structured processes.

Key accountabilities:
  • Process and reconcile a high volume of invoices daily.
  • Verify rates, charges and surcharges for accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Maintain pricing, contract and carrier records.
  • Update spreadsheets and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support process improvements and administrative projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
Skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience within administration, accounts, finance, billing or reconciliations.
  • Experience within logistics, ecommerce, supply chain or a cross-border business environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised and able to manage a high-volume workload.
  • Comfortable working in a process-driven, repetitive environment.
