I am working with a lovely SME within the construction industry in Bath who is looking for a Project & Finance Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a varied role combining general office and project administration with finance administration, including credit control and purchase orders, as well as supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks.
The role will include:
- General office and project administration
- Finance administration
- Credit control
- Raising purchase orders
- Purchase order administration
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
About you: Ideally, you will have at least 12 months' experience within an administration role and be confident working in a busy office environment. Previous finance administration experience would be beneficial, particularly if you have experience of credit control, raising purchase orders or processing purchase orders, although this isn't essential.
