Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
West London | £65,000 to £75,000 | Hybrid, 3 days onsite
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join the in house Talent team of a large, fast paced organisation.
The word Partner is important here.
This is not a role where you simply receive a vacancy from a hiring manager and start recruiting. You will become genuinely embedded within the business, building strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers so that you are involved in conversations about talent before a vacancy even exists.
You will understand their teams, challenges and future plans, becoming a trusted adviser who can provide insight, challenge thinking where appropriate and help shape recruitment requirements and sourcing strategies.
At the same time, this is very much a hands on recruitment role.
You will personally manage searches from those initial conversations through to successful hire, including market mapping, proactive headhunting, direct sourcing, candidate assessment, interview management and offer.
You will recruit across a broad range of commercial functions, so we are looking for someone comfortable moving between different talent markets and quickly developing an understanding of what great looks like.
What we are looking for:
- Significant Talent Acquisition, in house recruitment, executive search or headhunting experience
- Strong experience recruiting across multiple commercial functions – Technology, Marketing, HR, Finance as well as some hospitality roles including security and baristas
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner with senior leaders
- A proven track record of direct sourcing, headhunting and market mapping
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide meaningful talent market insight
- Experience owning recruitment processes from initial brief through to successful hire
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Greenhouse and Workday experience would be advantageous
You will be joining a collaborative Talent team where you will have the opportunity to make the role your own, build genuine relationships across the organisation and have a real influence on how the business attracts and hires talent.
