As our Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our operations, making sure every order lands on time, every customer feels taken care of, and the team behind you has everything they need to fly. This is an office-based role at the heart of everything we do, where your attention to detail and can-do attitude will genuinely make a difference every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll be the go-to person for our business customers, building strong relationships and delivering brilliant service every single day.
  • You’ll own the full order process from receipt to despatch, ensuring accuracy, compliance and on-time delivery at every step.
  • A key part of the role involves preparing and managing all export documentation, navigating international shipping requirements with confidence, so experience in this area is a real advantage.
  • You’ll work closely with our 3PL warehouse partners to ensure smooth stock flow and fulfilment, and provide wider support to the team on samples, PR and influencer requirements as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ll have come up through the ranks of an FMCG business, you know the pace, you know the pressure, and you love it.
  • You’re the person who spots a problem before it becomes one, communicates clearly without fuss, and takes genuine pride in a job well done.
  • You’ll also bring solid knowledge of Incoterms and shipping types such as LCL and FCL, hands-on experience preparing export documentation and shipping Dangerous Goods, and confidence working with 3PL providers and ERP systems — Netsuite experience is a bonus.
  • EDI experience with major UK multiples is a plus, along with sharp Excel skills and brilliant attention to detail.
  • Above all, you’ll bring loads of enthusiasm, flexibility, and a genuine team-player spirit.
