We’re hiring a Senior National Account Manager at Cole Beauty. This is a big role. We’re looking for someone exceptional to help scale five fast-growing beauty brands across UK retail and international markets. Not a maintenance role. Not a “manage the account and keep things ticking over” role. This is about building, winning new business, and driving serious growth.

At Cole Beauty we work with multiple high-growth beauty brands and we’re entering an exciting phase of expansion across new retailers, new markets and new territories. The person we hire will work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping our retail growth strategy.

The role:

  • Own and grow key UK retail relationships
  • Lead new business development across UK and international markets
  • Pitch to major retailers and negotiate commercial opportunities
  • Manage forecasts, sales planning and account P&L
  • Identify new channels and international distribution opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to scale the brands effectively

Who we’re looking for:

  • Someone ambitious.
  • Someone commercially sharp.
  • Someone who doesn’t wait for opportunities - they create them.

You’ll likely have:

  • 5+ years experience in FMCG sales or National Account Management
  • A strong track record growing retail accounts
  • Experience working with major retailers
  • Beauty / personal care experience is a big plus
  • The energy and drive to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment
