Role Overview
Are you a dynamic creative with a passion for brand storytelling and a track record of delivering standout content?
We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Lead to shape and drive the creative direction of our brand communications across our portfolio of global personal care brands. From concept to execution, you\’ll bring ideas to life across digital, social, e-commerce and in-store – ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand vision.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with creative flair, producing high-impact work that supports marketing and sales objectives, engages consumers, and elevates brand perception. Equally comfortable leading big ideas, editing videos or designing a social post, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, brand-led environment where no two days are the same.
This role requires strong project management, creative leadership, and the ability to deliver consistently high standards across channels – from digital storytelling to disruptive in-store POS.
Key Responsibilities
- Help create category-defining brands by setting a strong visual and storytelling foundation that’s cohesive and compelling across every touchpoint.
- Shape end-to-end brand experiences — from web pages to social — that connect with real people at every stage of their journey.
- Take campaigns from concept to execution — delivering impactful creative that builds trust and drives results.
- Create and deliver multi-channel campaign assets across digital and offline touchpoints — including website, email, mobile, social, paid media, event materials
- Build branded email campaigns with designed templates and engaging visuals.
- Work with agencies and partners to develop co-branded and campaign assets.
- Ensure visual consistency across digital, print, and partner platforms.
- Manage multiple creative projects to time and budget
What You’ll Need
Creative & Strategic Expertise
- At least 3 years’ experience with a strong background in creative design, brand storytelling and visual identity development on line and offline
- Experience crafting multi-channel creative campaigns from concept to execution
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on design work
Design & Content Creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Confident in designing for both digital and offline
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
Channel-Specific Knowledge
- Solid understanding of digital-first design as well as in store activation
- Familiarity with digital advertising formats and specs & video editing
- Experience working closely with other teams
- Comfortable presenting and communicating creative ideas clearly
Project Management
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
- Skilled at working to deadlines and adapting quickly to changing priorities
Mindset & Attributes
- Creative, curious, and brand-obsessed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Happy to be part of a small team and get stuck in whenever its required
