Role Overview
Are you a commercially minded Brand Manager with strong digital instincts and hands‑on experience creating campaigns that perform? This is a brand ownership role with a clear digital‑first focus. You will lead the strategy, innovation pipeline and marketing delivery for one of our core brands, while playing a key role in shaping how that brand shows up across paid media, social content, D2C and retail. Working closely with Sales, Product Development, Design and external agency partners, you will bring new products to market, develop compelling creative campaigns and help drive growth across international retail and digital channels.
At Cole Beauty, Brand Managers are true brand owners. That means not only identifying opportunities and driving innovation but also ensuring the brand wins in the channels that matter most today — from Meta and TikTok ads to retailer.com activation, social content and performance‑led creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the brand
- Lead brand strategy and growth plans, identifying opportunities to strengthen positioning, increase distribution and drive revenue across global markets.
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns with digital at the centre, ensuring the brand shows up strongly across paid social, D2C, e‑commerce, social media and retail activation.
- Shape paid media and ad creative
- Brief, develop and optimise paid advertising across channels such as Meta, TikTok & Google.
- Shape the creative strategy behind campaigns, ensuring assets are on brand, insight‑led and built to perform.
- Lead TikTok and social media strategy
- Help define the brand’s social and content approach across key platforms, with particular focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Support the development of content ideas, creator‑led campaigns and platform‑native creative that builds relevance and reach.
- Deliver impactful product launches
- Manage seasonal and core launches from concept to market, ensuring strong execution across retail, distributor and digital channels.
- Lead innovation & NPD
- Develop and deliver a commercially strong innovation pipeline from concept to launch, working closely with Product Development and Design teams.
- Partner with sales teams to support retailer campaigns, shopper marketing and launch activity that drives in‑store and online sell‑through.
- Insight and performance tracking
- Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity and campaign performance to identify opportunities and optimise future activity.
- Cross‑functional collaboration
- Work closely with Product Development, Design, Sales and digital agencies to ensure cohesive and successful brand execution.
What You’ll Need
- 4–7 years brand marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, beauty or personal care
- Proven experience delivering commercially successful product launches
- Strong experience in digital marketing, paid social and performance‑led campaign delivery
- Experience briefing or developing ad creative for platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google
- Good understanding of paid media, creative testing and campaign optimisation
- Experience working with social content, creators or platform‑native campaigns
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing activity to sales performance
- Experience developing brand strategies and innovation pipelines
- Experience working with digital and performance marketing campaigns
- Understanding of social media platforms including TikTok
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- A creative eye combined with an analytical mindset
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach and confidence to take ownership
