We are looking for a dynamic administrative loan officer with a great personality to add to our team. Create loan disclosures for distribution to clients, ensuring that state-specific guidelines are met and all required fields are completed, including all third-party information prior to approval. Follow up with clients to e-sign all disclosures within compliance mandatory turn times. Review returned applications and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Learn the ins and outs of various lenders we work with and how to navigate their broker portal. Run AUS and review findings and required documentation. Order title documents, credit supplements, verification of employment, etc. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and referral sources. Maintain regular communication with borrowers throughout the processing period, assisting the processing team with answering the borrower’s questions and notifying them of any additional information required. Submit loan files allowing for stated turn times. Maintain a pipeline of all loans in process, track their progress, and meet all contractual deadlines. Meet or exceed minimum production requirements. Keep informed of trends and developments in the local real estate market and competitive environment, as well as changes in rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages. Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures. Reports to Branch Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years loan officer experience, or industry equivalent
- NMLS registration is required
- Proven ability to read, write and communicate at a level consistent with the requirements of this position and to generate independent leads for new business and professionally communicate with existing and past clients
- Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry and strong familiarity with underwriting guidelines
- Software competence with Microsoft Office and Google Office products
- Experience with ARIVE LOS software a plus
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Fair Housing regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Loan origination: 1 year (Required)

Salary: $33,000 - $35,000 plus bonus
