At Cold Glass, we believe companionship, conviviality, optimism, warmth, and laughing have never been more important. We want to give everyone a good time and make them feel like they belong to something bigger. Dish epitomises that belief and this role, running its social channels and delivering content to its audience on a daily basis, is central to our plans to grow the show in 2026.

Dish is a chart-topping UK podcast that brings together food, celebrity, and the sort of entertaining conversation that pulls fans back every week. Michelin-starred chef Angela Hartnett prepares the food and broadcaster Nick Grimshaw pours the drinks, and together they host a well-known guest in our North London kitchen studio. With over 650 million views to date and more than 10 million new social views rolling in each week, it is an incredibly exciting time for the show. This year our ambition is to take Dish even further, with new social content, even better guests, and a growing slate of special episodes and live moments that invite our audience even closer to the table.

This new role is central to this ambition. The focus will be crafting social-first content to engage our audience on a daily basis, building our accounts and showcasing best-in-class creative. You'll be part of an established creative team in constant collaboration, working on long-term strategies alongside quick social wins. The role is hands-on. We are looking for a producer with experience of creating vertical video content for Instagram and TikTok and well versed in shooting on a phone and in-app. Experience of using broadcast cameras (Sony FX3/FX6) is a plus but not essential.

You will work across edits, subbing and social design (with assistance from our design team for more complex projects) before scheduling and posting across all platforms. You'll be responsible for community management, story content on Instagram and creating copy fit for each of the brands and their audiences. Additional responsibilities include reporting and working across live/special events.

Key role requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Social Producer (or equivalent) on large-scale events, entertainment, or broadcast projects
  • A love of food, drink and cooking
  • Experience of capturing social content on location and at live events
  • High level of attention to detail, organisation, and time management is essential
  • Demonstrable understanding of the social media landscape in the entertainment space and deep knowledge of platform trends, publishing tools, and analytics
  • Good knowledge of Premiere Pro is essential – knowledge of other parts of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/After Effects) is desired but not required
  • Keen editorial eye and creative flair
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with edit, design and creative teams in high-pressure environments
  • Strong understanding of social content workflows (real-time production, asset libraries, syndication)

This is a hybrid role, working three days in our London office (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) and two days from home. Salary: This is a full-time position with an annual salary of £33-38k per year, dependent on experience. Applications should be submitted by the end of January 30th 2026.
