We have a full time position for a Midweight Front End Developer with .NET skills to work with our growing development team. We’re hard working, and lucky enough to balance this with fun at the same time. Our Front End Developer will be working on a wide variety of projects; from websites, apps, system applications and more: using a mixture of persistence technologies.

The Role

- Produce clean, efficient, testable code using modern web technologies.
- Adhere to organisational policies, standards & best practices in app development, documentation & maintenance; supporting industry best practices & project approaches
- Design and develop mobile friendly applications
- Analyse web applications and perform improvements for SEO and Accessibility.
- Collaborate with designers, developers and product owners in order to build interactive and scalable sites/software.
- Review and refactor code.
- Build, develop and maintain frontend toolsets (Webpack, Gulp, etc.)
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
- Communicate with the internal team to help clarify development tasks and attend quoting meetings when required.
Required Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer
- Excellent knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques
- 2+ years of experience with markup languages
- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6), CSS (SASS or eq.)
- 2+ years experience with modern front end frameworks (at least one of React, Angular or preferably VueJS)
- 2+ years experience with modern front component libraries (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
- Knowledgeable concerning clean code, secure coding practices, design patterns, code smells, refactoring, etc.
- Aptitude with code authoring tools (Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code)
- Aptitude with GIT version control
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Commercial experience with using RESTful APIs
