Colchester United Football Club is seeking a dedicated educator to develop and deliver high-quality education provision of BTEC National Sports & Performance Level 3 within the academy. You will take responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the education department, including lesson planning, delivery and marking, and supporting apprentices. You will provide feedback, complete progress reviews, manage attendance, and contribute to quality assurance while engaging with parents to support.
