You ll work closely with our Head of Catering and Head of Sports Science to develop menus that are both inspiring and impactful. Lead Food Production at our Florence Park Training Ground, delivering high-quality meals that meet performance goals and dietary needs. Menu Planning & Innovation Collaborate with the Head of Catering and Sports Science team to design menus that are fresh, seasonal, and purpose-built. Procurement & Stock Control Take ownership of sourcing and managing kitchen supplies, ensuring top standards are always maintained. Presentation & Service Prepare and present food that looks as good as it tastes, reflecting the professionalism of the club. Ensure Health & Safety Compliance Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Flexible Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends, especially for matchdays and events.
