Colchester United Football Club is seeking an experienced, hands-on Sous Chef to lead our busy catering and events operation at the JobServe Community Stadium & Training Ground. You will own day-to-day kitchen management for matchday hospitality, conferences, banqueting and corporate events, delivering exceptional food and service.

Reporting to the Head of Catering, you will develop the kitchen team, drive standards, monitor food quality and costs, ensure hygiene compliance.
