CUCF provides high quality participation, health & inclusion, and education programmes to 9,000 children, young people, and adults from across the region each week. The Emerging Talent Centre is the top tier of the Women s and Girls Talent pathway at Colchester United, which offers female players the opportunity to train, develop and compete as Colchester United. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to support with first aid response and our player injury prevention and rehabilitation programme for each age group (U10-U16). Are you qualified and experienced in working within sporting Physiotherapy environments? The coach must be available at the below time and able to travel to the venue: Monday End Community and Sports Centre, Colchester (CO2 9BG). Matchdays within School Holidays HCPC Registered Physiotherapist Sports Therapist who holds a degree in Sports Therapy Full membership of the Society of Sports Therapy FA Introduction to First Aid in Football FA Safeguarding Children Enhanced DBS check willing to complete a CUFC Enhanced DBS Check Full Clean UK Driving License Previous experience working within sporting physiotherapy environments FA Level 2 Emergency Aid (EFAiF) Previous experience working in Female Football environments Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive, age related, preventive and tailored rehabilitation programmes catering for the needs of female players and ETC physical development curriculum. Support with first aid responses within ETC sessions and matchdays Support Support players with injury prevention and tailored rehabilitation programmes. Collaborate with colleagues, players, and parents/guardians to maximise impact in helping players maximise injury prevention and injury recovery.
