Colchester Mercury Theatre is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Operations team.

You will work with the Chef to plan, schedule, and deliver the catering for all events across the programme, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

You will assist with menu planning, prepare, cook and present food to high standards, and maintain up-to-date hygiene records and cleaning.

This role requires flexibility for occasional unsocial hours.
