IT Service Desk Technician Second Line
Colchester
£26,269 – £28,644 per annum
Permanent – Full Time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
About the role
You will be the first responder for incidents and service requests which are logged with the Service Desk ensuring incidents are resolved by priority order. Escalating where required to ILT Teams or 3rd parties where required.
About you
You will have previous customer service in a customer facing role, utilising email, telephone and face to face communications. You will also have previous experience of Microsoft Office, Office 365, Android, Apple IOS.
