The predicted salary is between 28400 - 30000 £ per year.
You will provide high quality Human Resources advice and support across all levels of management and across designated responsibility areas, working with colleagues to ensure consistency. You will play a role in supporting wider HR Department objectives to support our culture, values and delivery of wider organisational strategic goals.
You will hold CIPD Level 5 as a minimum requirement. You will have significant experience of HR Business Partner / Senior HR Adviser procedures in a complex organisation working with managers to create positive business outcomes. A proven track record of providing credible, expert advice and services to managers is also a key requirement.
