Colchester Institute is seeking a MES Curriculum Manager to lead the MES curriculum area, manage staff, drive quality improvements and ensure high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement. You will oversee curriculum delivery, resource planning and staff development, while supporting safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, and health and safety policies.
The role includes standing in for the Area Head when required and organising timetables and resources to optimise staff.
