About the role
You will effectively manage relationships with employers, lead on the growth and maintenance of an employer database, raise the profile of apprenticeships through innovative marketing, identify employer training needs, and develop tailored training solutions and processes that align with business requirements of both the employer and the College.
About you
You will have experience of managing senior level Business to Business (B2B) relationships. Developing and maintaining key account management systems and processes, e.g. Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) is also a key requirement.
