We are seeking a Lecturer in Auto Body Repair and Refinishing to join our team. In this role you will deliver teaching in Motor Vehicle Refinishing across Levels 1-3, incorporating the embedding of English and maths where appropriate. Undertake course leadership responsibilities and contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum within the department.
About the role:- Prepare and develop high-quality teaching and learning materials.
- Deliver engaging and effective learning sessions tailored to the needs of individual students, courses, and the wider curriculum, while maintaining accurate attendance records and promoting positive behaviour.
- Set, assess, and record coursework and assessments in line with awarding body requirements.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students, offering guidance on progress and referring to specialist services where appropriate, and contributing to progress reviews.
