As Assistant Site Manager, you will be right at the centre of campus operations β a go-to person for keeping things running efficiently and safely.
About the Role:- Co-ordinating daily tasks and supporting emergency situations when needed
- Ensuring buildings and grounds are secure β including unlocking and locking procedures
- Promoting and supporting high standards of student behaviour across campus
- Being a visible, approachable presence around the site β ready to support wherever needed
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent
- First Aid Qualified or willingness to undertake
- Manual handling training certificate
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills
- Experience of following Health and Safety Procedures
