We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Assessor/Trainer in Engineering to join our outstanding team. In this hands-on role, you'll train and assess Engineering Apprentices, full-cost learners, and full-time students – playing a vital role in helping them progress confidently into employment and beyond.

Job Title: Assessor/Trainer in Engineering
About the Role:
- Deliver high-impact training and assessment to a range of engineering learners.
- Support apprentices and students as they develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Maintain and manage engineering workshops to ensure they are safe, functional, and fully equipped.
- Collaborate with teaching and support staff to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education to level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent
- Assessor/Verifier Awards
Essential Experience:
- Significant industrial experience in an engineering & manufacturing environment.
