Following the retirement of a dedicated colleague after 35 years of service, we are recruiting a Pest Control Officer. This is your chance to join a respected, growing team that delivers high-quality pest control services across the city; protecting homes, businesses, and public spaces.

Duties of the role

  • Investigate and treat pest infestations
  • Support vulnerable residents and promote public health
  • Advise on prevention and sustainable pest management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Help grow the service through customer engagement

Deliver the service with discretion, professionalism, and respect.

This role can be flexibly filled to tailor for a range of career routes. It is ideal for someone who is a:

  • Those looking for more academic challenges to progress, with support to gain qualifications, and move into Technical or Environmental Health Officer roles over time.
