  4. Ensure robust ICT security and compliance, safeguarding data and systems against cyber threats.
  5. Manage budgets of up to £4.5 million, ensuring cost-effective digital solutions.
  6. Engage with senior leadership, elected members, and external partners to shape the future of digital services.
