Location: High Woods Country Park
We are looking for a Casual Visitor Centre Assistant who can provide excellent service to customers at the High Woods Visitor Centre.
Duties of the role:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
- Deal with enquiries
- Make hot drinks
- Sell and order merchandise
- Cover lunch periods for staff
- Maneuver merchandise
- Clean the premises daily
As a casual member of staff, we will be looking for people who are available to cover annual leave and during busy holiday periods. You will have a genuine interest in meeting the public and would like to help them get the most out of their visit to the award-winning High Woods Country Park.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Previous experience of providing face-to-face customer service ideally in a public, tourism or retail setting
- Experience in handling cash and merchandise
- Administration skills
- An interest in and knowledge about High Woods Country Park is desirable
