About the Role
Building safety has always been an important area of Colchester Borough Homes' activity. As an organisation, we're taking the necessary steps to ensure that we address all of the requirements of legislation, including the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Act as well as emerging themes from the Social Housing Regulation Bill currently being considered in Parliament. We also need to ensure our ongoing compliance with the “Big 6” Health and Safety categories (Asbestos, Legionella, Gas, Lifts, Fire and Electrical).
