About the Role
Building safety has always been an important area of Colchester Borough Homes activity. As an organisation we are taking the necessary steps to ensure that we address all the requirements of legislation, including the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Act as well as emerging themes from the Social Housing Regulation Bill. We also need to ensure our ongoing compliance with the Big 6 Health and Safety categories (Asbestos, Legionella, Gas, Lifts, Fire and Electrical).
