About the Role

  • Act as a specialist lead on domestic abuse across CBH and partner services
  • Support victims and survivors to access the right support, sustaining tenancies and preventing homelessness
  • Lead on the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and service improvements
  • Work collaboratively with partners to deliver a coordinated, multi‑agency response
  • Contribute to achieving and maintaining DAHA accreditation
  • Use insight and data to drive continuous improvement and better outcomes

You will also play a key role in shaping innovative approaches, including pilot work around economic abuse and financial resilience, ensuring our services meet both current needs and legislative requirements.

About You

  • Has a strong understanding of domestic abuse, including coercive control and emerging issues
  • Brings experience of working with victims/survivors and multi‑agency partnerships
  • Can influence, challenge, and work across services to improve outcomes
  • Is confident using data and insight to drive service improvement
  • Demonstrates resilience, emotional intelligence, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and equality
