1 x 18.5 hours per week, permanent – Mon - Friday (Mornings - 3.7 hours a day). Salary is £29319 to £30616 pro-rata as part-time role.

We are seeking a proactive candidate to provide Tenancy management services for Colchester City Council Sheltered Housing stock.

About you: We are particularly interested in attracting a highly motivated and organised candidate with Housing Management and Customer Service experience.
