Location: Leisure World Colchester.
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) child workforce including a children’s barred list check is required for this role. A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential. The role involves maintaining standards of building hygiene and appearance, lifeguarding the pools, carrying out equipment changeovers, liaising with Duty Officers, and ensuring smooth and safe operation of Leisure World Colchester and its sporting activities. The full‑time position works 37 hours per week, with early morning, evening and weekend working required. Part‑time positions also available with early morning, evening and weekend working.
Qualifications: Enthusiastic, conscientious and reliable individual who can use initiative, work as part of a team, holds current NPLQ and has an enhanced DBS child workforce check.
