About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Asset Manager to join our dynamic Asset Management Team.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Housing Improvement and Capital Works projects, whilst gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of surveying and property management activities.

What You Will Bring

  • A practical understanding of repairs, project management and planned maintenance processes, and the standards required
  • Knowledge of building and construction projects, installations, and planning/building control requirements
  • Awareness of current Building Regulations, related legislation, Decent Homes standards and health & safety (including CDM)
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Housing Management Systems
  • A full UK driving licence and continuous access to a car
