As Director of Inclusion, you will lead the strategic development of SEND provision, working closely with senior leaders, staff, families and external agencies to deliver high‑quality, inclusive education.

- Champion a culture of high expectations, ensuring teaching is adaptive, responsive and meets the diverse needs of all learners.
- Act as an integral part of the Raising Standards Team.
- Drive the Inclusion Faculty further on its journey to success.
- Support staff and ensure no student is left behind.
- Implement and maintain compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
- Promote inclusive education practices across the school.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Inclusion team.
- Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice.
- History of strong outcomes and successful leadership in inclusive education.
- Desirable completion of NPQ SENCO; the school will support the right candidate to achieve this qualification.
