About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team at Chapel Wharf in Salford, Manchester.
In this varied role, you will carry out planned, reactive and statutory maintenance across our apartments and communal areas, ensuring the development remains safe, well-maintained and welcoming for residents.
From completing repairs and inspections to working with contractors and responding to resident queries, you'll play an important part in keeping the development running smoothly and delivering an excellent resident experience.
Working Pattern
40 hours per week, working rotating shifts of 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned, reactive and statutory maintenance, including apartment repairs and end-of-tenancy works.
Conduct regular building and apartment inspections, ensuring health and safety compliance and accurate record keeping.
Maintain communal areas, gardens, pathways and external spaces to a high standard.
Liaise with contractors and support the completion of remedial works.
Ensure tools, equipment and maintenance supplies are appropriately maintained and stocked.
