Colby River Student Living is seeking a seasoned Leasing Manager to drive occupancy, pricing and revenue across our UK PBSA portfolio. This national, hybrid role reports to the Head of Leasing and works with site teams to transform inquiries into bookings.
You’ll monitor performance, optimise rate cards, and shape campaigns with Marketing and Finance to deliver strong commercial outcomes while maintaining student experience and partnerships with universities and agents.
