About the Role

We are seeking a Portfolio Leasing Manager to take ownership of leasing performance across a growing multi-asset UK portfolio and play a key role in shaping how leasing is delivered at scale. Reporting to the Revenue Director, this is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for driving occupancy, leasing performance, customer journey optimisation, and mobilisation activity across Multifamily, SFH, and PBSA assets. You will lead a team of Regional Leasing Consultants while working closely with Operations, Marketing, and Portfolio Performance teams to deliver a consistent and high-performing leasing function.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale leasing strategy across a rapidly growing platform, with a strong focus on performance, customer experience, and continuous improvement.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, hybrid working with a base in London or Altrincham. Regular travel across the UK portfolio required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing Strategy & Performance
    • Lead and deliver a portfolio-wide leasing strategy across MFH, SFH and PBSA assets.
    • Take ownership of occupancy, leasing performance and conversion across the portfolio.
    • Use data, market insight and competitor analysis to drive performance and inform decision-making.
    • Support pricing strategy, revenue optimisation and new business opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence & Customer Experience
    • Continuously improve the end-to-end lead-to-lease journey to enhance customer experience and conversion.
    • Support the mobilisation and successful launch of new developments and communities.
    • Drive consistency in leasing standards, processes and overall customer experience.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and performance across the leasing function.
  • Collaboration & Growth
    • Work closely with Revenue, Operations, Marketing and Client stakeholders to deliver portfolio objectives.
    • Provide strategic leasing support across PBSA and wider portfolio assets.
    • Contribute to the ongoing development of a scalable, high-performing multi-asset leasing platform.
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead, coach and develop a team of Regional Leasing Consultants.
    • Set clear objectives, KPIs and performance expectations aligned to business goals.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding and development of leasing teams.
    • Travel regularly across the UK portfolio to support performance and team engagement.

About You

Essential

  • Strong experience in residential leasing across multi-site or portfolio environments.
  • Proven track record of driving occupancy and leasing performance.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including pricing and revenue optimisation.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Desirable

  • Experience across BTR, Multifamily, SFH or PBSA.
  • Experience supporting mobilisation of new developments.
  • Familiarity with systems such as MRI, Yardi or SLM.
  • ARLA qualification (or working towards).
