Colby River Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician for The Point, Aberdeen on a part-time basis. You will perform planned, reactive and statutory maintenance across apartments and communal areas to keep the development safe and welcoming for residents.
You will conduct inspections, coordinate with contractors, manage tools and supplies, and respond to resident queries with excellent customer service. Flexibility to cover additional hours at local sites is appreciated.
